Your new role
You will be part of a team providing 24-hour cover within the Approved Premises. This will include both security and care duties. This well-established and thriving ecological consultancy are looking to hire a Senior Ecologist. They have offices in Oxford, Cambridge and London that provide an excellent range of Ecological and Biodiversity Net Gain projects. Your new role


You will be involved with a full range of ecological consultancy services across residential, infrastructure, commercial, renewables and projects of cultural importance. Main duties may include…

• Performing site visits
• Leading on ecological surveys from PEAs, BNG assessments, Protected species, HRAs, and ECoW
• Report writing on ecological surveys
• Client liaising to deliver projects
• Business development to win new business

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in Ecology or related subject
• Proven experience as an Ecologist in a permanent role
• Knowledge of all key environmental legislation
• Excellent written communication skills
• Client liaising skills
• Full clean driving licence
• Skills in GIS
• CIEEM membership at appropriate level (ideal)
• Holder of a Protected species licences (ideal)
