Introduction:
You will be a part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team aligned to our Human Resources vertical and will help us in the function that deals with people and people-related areas such as recruiting, learning, training, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, organization development and culture. You will perform transactions or a supported service area in a region, developing solutions to manage the service processes aligned with established practices, policies, and/or laws. An expert in HR operational functions to support company-wide activities and to ensure we are compliant with labor law and company policies.
Your Job:
- Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees (Hire to Exit)
- Assist in managing HR inquiries and requests from employees, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Support the HR team in administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and maintaining employee records.
- Manage Helpdesk as per defined SLAs and metrices
- Experience of working on projects and managing project workstreams
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR processes and improve employee experiences.
- Work with key stakeholders to continuously evaluate the HRSS service, monitoring feedback and operational activity to improve the overall service.
- Support in creation of content materials (emails, presentation decks, intranet, posters, videos, presentations, etc.) towards HR services and change management
- Support the implementation of HR transformation initiatives and create dashboards, reports and visualizations to effectively communicate analytical findings to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about HR trends and best practices to suggest improvements in HR services
- Through analysis, proactively identifies and implements opportunities to improve the customer (employee) experience through changes in protocols internally and through vendors
- Resolving internal conflicts and boosting up the team’s morale
- Managing and allocating the team’s resources
- Report on team performance against metrics.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate Degree or in Business Administration or equivalent or any Postgraduate degree or in MBA.
- Years of Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR administration
- Team leading experience
- Preferably AMS region HRSS (hire to retire) experience.
- Preferably with prior experience working in the manufacturing industry.
