An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor at Barts Health NHS Trust.

You will be based within the Estates and Facilities team and will primarily provide HR advisory support to the non-emergency patient transport service.. You will be the first point of contact for managers and staff with queries therefore you must have experience of confidently providing advice on a range employee relations issues.



You will be CIPD qualified or willing to work towards this qualification with a sound knowledge of employment legislation. You must have the ability to manage your own workload within a busy environment.

Working closely with the People Manager for Estates and Facilities, this role is an excellent opportunity to further develop your employee relations experience in a supportive environment.

The role is based primarily at Canary Wharf, however regular travel to all of our Hospital sites is essential.

We are looking for dedicated and highly motivated individuals to join our friendly nursing team and workin our HIV Networked service to Royal London Hospital.

We are a well established acute centre in inner East London with around a 1800 HIV patient cohort.

We are situated in a modern clinic at Newham University Hospital for Green way Centre (Sandalwood House) and Sir Ludwig Guttmann Centre in Stratford (previously at Whipps Cross).

In your role you will provide support to patients living with HIV infection at all stages under the supervision of Registered nurses.

A large part of this role will require you to undertake phlebotomy, for which training will be provided if needed. You will also be required, to offer an asymptomatic sexual health screening on both male and female patients, and again training will be provided in this area

Core Responsibilities Support the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) lead in managing audits, providing training, supporting the team, and demonstrating compliance to the Partners. Job Summary: Accountable to Therapies Manager To contribute to the School Aged team in developing, testing out and implementing new ways of working.
