Das bringst Du mit:

• Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches bzw. naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Gutes Hintergrundwissen zu erstattungspolitischen Fragestellungen (z.B. Rabattverträgen, Arzneimittelsteuerung).
• Berufserfahrung in einem pharmazeutischen Unternehmen, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Market Access, Datenanalyse, Marktforschung, Arzneimittelmarkt.
• Kommunikationsstärke zu unseren Kundinnen und Kunden der pharmazeutischen Industrie.
• Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Vor-Ort-Terminen bei Kundinnen und Kunden (Reisebereitschaft ca. 5 % pro Jahr).
• Datenaffinität und ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsbereitschaft.
• Teamfähigkeit und bereichsübergreifendes Denken.
• Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrungen mit branchenspezifischer Software und Datenbanken.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

Sous la supervision du Directeur Administratif et Financier Associé de FHI 360 Sénégal et en étroite collaboration avec le Project Manager de NTDs (Maladies tropicales Négligées) Senegal et les autres programmes, le Finance Manager (FM) assurera le leadership, la direction managériale et un soutien pratique au projet pour les aspects financiers, administratifs et de gestion des subventions. Elle / Il assurera la supervision et la haute performance constante de l'équipe de financement, de subventions et d'administration des projets NTDs et un soutien aux autres programmes, ainsi qu'une étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de la plateforme FHI 360 Sénégal en charge de la gestion financière et avec l'équipe du siège des projets NTDs.

RESPONSABILITES

• Aider à la formulation et à l'élaboration de politiques et de procédures pour le personnel et les domaines fonctionnels ;
• S'assurer que tous les systèmes et processus administratifs (y compris la gestion des installations, l'approvisionnement, l'administration des voyages, la gestion des stocks et des biens) sont très fiables, bien adaptés, bien exécutés et conformes aux politiques et procédures des bailleurs de fonds et des organisations ;
• Assister dans l'organisation et Ia préparation des différents audits des comptes et des états financiers.
• S'assurer de la conformité totale avec les politiques de subventions de FHI 360 et les règlements applicables de l'USAID pour les subventions ; surveiller la conformité aux termes et conditions de l'accord de subvention, tels que les exigences de sauvegarde, les calendriers de paiement et les exigences de rapports ;
• Participer à la préparation et à l'analyse des rapports financiers, des projetions et dépenses mensuelles, à la coordination des travaux de clôture mensuelle des projets NTDs et autres programmes ; 
• Participer aux travaux comptables : vérification des pièces justificatives, suivi des paiements et traitement des opérations dans le Logiciel comptable.
• Préparer les demandes de remboursements de fonds auprès du siège, Préparer et/ou examiner en relation avec le Responsable des acquisitions les dossiers d'achats des projets NTDs et autres programmes ;
• Maintenir les politiques et les procédures relatives à la réglementation de l’organisation et du gouvernement, qui affectent les finances, audit, opération, et partager l'information avec la direction, les membres du personnel ;
• Assurer une bonne gestion des contrats et subventions, faire le contrôle de travail, développer et exécuter les systèmes de gestion et de contrôle solides pour la conformité de FHI 360 aux conditions de l’accord et ses politiques ;
• Faire un suivi rapproché avec les bénéficiaires de subventions afin d'examiner les règlements, exigences des accords de subvention en matière de protection, de rapports, d'approvisionnement (le cas échéant), de suivi et de demandes de paiement, en coordination avec l'équipe technique ;
• Participer à Ia gestion des avances, faire le suivi et Ia liquidation des avances de missions, d'ateliers, du personnel, des partenaires et des consultants.
• Participer à Ia préparation des salaires, et établissement des états de déclaration des impôts et taxes ;
• Assurer la bonne gestion opérationnelle du projet y compris pour les besoins en logistique et de coordination administrative, achats, transport etc., en partenariat avec l’équipe plateforme pays ; 
• Travailler sur la rédaction de divers documents administratifs : budget, modification, pipeline, etc. ;
• Superviser et appuyer le personnel financier et administratif du projet et coordonner avec l’équipe plateforme pour les fonctions pays.

ETUDES/EXPERIENCES

• Avoir un minimum BAC+ 4 en finance et comptabilité ou tout diplôme équivalent ;
• Avoir au minimum entre 5-8 années d'expérience professionnelle dont 5 dans le domaine de Ia comptabilité et des finances ;
• Une expérience antérieure de la gestion d’un département d’analyse financière est requise ;
• Connaissance démontrée du processus de gestion des subventions et des règlements des bailleurs régissant l'administration des subventions ;
• Expérience de travail avec des ONG internationales exigée ;
• Aptitude démontrée à travailler à la fois en équipe et de manière indépendante ;
• Leadership, polyvalence et intégrité démontrés ;
• Maitriser Excel, Word et au moins un logiciel comptable ;
• Avoir une excellente capacité à communiquer en langue anglaise tant à l'oral qu’à l'écrit.

The Engineer is accountable for providing client support and info security support to the local Japan business team. The portfolio covers core enterprise systems, PC, basic network operations, technical customer support, information security, mobile and smart devices, basic level info security, and AV system. The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project focused on HIV, global health security, and combatting trafficking in persons using funding from the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EpiC is seeking a qualified and motivated Vietnamese candidate to serve as a Communications Officer based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.

This position is funded from April 1 through September 30 with the possibility for extension based on funding availability.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders (community-based organizations, government partners, vendors, creative agencies) to implement communication activities and events

• Develop and provide trainings on communication skills

• Craft communication campaigns aimed at combatting stigma and discrimination around mental health, expanding access and use of HIV services, and more

• Develop statements of work, requests for quotes, and consultant agreements; oversee the management of vendors and consultants, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of their work

• Promote the use and role of community-based organizations in the provision of HIV services

• Guide community-based organizations to implement communication plans and promote their services; orient and provide technical support to enable them to construct and implement communication activities

• Oversee and manage comprehensive communication campaigns

• Write content in both English and Vietnamese for publication

• Optimize the use of content on websites, social media, digital and print publications, etc. to ensure maximum reach and engagement

• Organize and execute events for project beneficiaries, government partners, community-based organizations, and high-level representatives from the US and Vietnamese governments

Experience and abilities for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, communications, journalism, public relations, or related field and at least three years of relevant working experience. Advanced degree preferred.

• Experience working with community-based organizations and in HIV areas preferred.

• Expertise in social media marketing and communication campaigns, content design, including ability to teach others

• Experience using design software (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese

What you can expect:

• Be a part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment. Staff RNs are a central part of a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians.

• Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.

• Work daily in a hospital setting. Deliver dialysis to patients at a contracted healthcare system, and become an integral part of both the hospital and DaVita team.

• Dynamic environment. As an Acute (Inpatient) Dialysis Nurse you'll provide specialty nephrology care within a variety of settings (ICU, CCU, ED and more).

• Schedule: Provide lifesaving care during regularly scheduled and on-call shifts. Schedules vary by hospital system. For this role expect to know your weekly schedule in advance, but your daily schedule may change depending on patient needs.

L’électrophysiologie cardiaque concerne l’analyse des signaux électriques pour le diagnostic et le traitement des troubles du rythme par ablation transcutanée. Le nombre de patients atteints d’arythmies augmente, c’est pour cela qu’Abbott ne cesse de développer des produits innovants en électrophysiologie.

Le poste de Responsable Technico-commercial en Electrophysiologie :

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Régional des ventes, le responsable Technico-commercial maintien et développe les ventes des produits de la Division auprès des clients existants et prospect et gagne de nouveaux comptes clients en suivant les stratégies et programmes spécifiques mis en place au niveau national et régional afin d’augmenter les parts de marché.

Specifiquement:

•  Vous anticipez et identifiez les besoins des clients (Medecins Rythmologues, Electrophysiologie, Directions, Pharmacies, Biomedical entre autres) afin de préparer la réponse la plus adaptée et innovante pour les appels d’offres, en coordination avec tous les services concernés.

•  Vous élaborez et mettez en œuvre un plan d’actions commercial personnalise par client. Revue et ajustement du plan lors de « business review » trimestrielles.

•  Vous maintenez et développez votre connaissance des produits et des thérapies d’ABBOTT et assurez une veille concurrentielle vous permettant de conserver une bonne compréhension de l’environnement et des enjeux économiques de votre domaine d’activité.

•  Vous veillez au respect des pratiques, politiques et procédures compliance d’ABBOTT concernant les interactions avec les professionnels de santé.

•  Vous contrôlez et mettez en place des actions de suivi et de retrait, le cas échéant, pour les produits en date limite d’utilisation (UBD) en coordination avec son supérieur hiérarchique, le Field Inventory Specialist, le Customer Service, la Qualité, la Supply Chain…

•  Vous réalisez le contrôle des stocks en dépôt conformément aux directives et assurer la traçabilité de tous les dispositifs en dépôt.

•  Vous travaillerez en équipe en étroite collaboration avec nos ingénieurs d'app

  Les besoins pour le poste :

•  Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure technique ou commercial dans le domaine biomédical.

•  Vous justifiez d’au moins 3 années d’expérience commerciale dans l’industrie du dispositif médical et au bloc opératoire, idéalement en rythmologie.

•  Vous avez une véritable orientation client et un sens du relationnel vous permettant de tisser d’étroites relations avec les cardiologues ainsi que toutes les parties prenantes.

•  Notre environnement est fortement orienté à l’international. Ainsi, un niveau d’anglais professionnel est nécessaire

About the Role

• Implement Health and Wellness digital initiatives and quick wins according to strategic roadmap
• Design and drive business solution for Vitality, wellness and VAS platforms
• Act as Digital Business Owners to collaborate with Digital Product Owners under IT to develop, run and implement best-in-class customer centric journey on H&W digital products
• Work with IT to generate innovative digital solutions for services, processes, customer experiences and support models for H&W digital platforms
• Identify digital trends and provide insights with data to drive new digital initiatives aligned with overall H&W business plan and to strengthen the performance of digital platform.
• Promote the use of digital platforms to channels and customers
• Manage relationship with digital vendors and various H&W partners
• Partner with Technology Risk Team to ensure all digital platforms under a secured environment and align with the risk governance framework

• University degree in Business, IT or equivalent, with over 5 years working experience in financial services. IT or healthcare industry.
• Validated experience in management of strategic and digital initiatives.
• Able to lead projects from launch to final implementation.
• Proven experience in running projects/digital product with Human-Centered design and agile approach.
• Creative and able to propose new insights in business and digital solution.
• Strong interpersonal, project management, planning and time management skills.
• Possesses innovative, strategic and analytical mentality, self-motivated and

result oriented.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline.
• God command of written & spoken Chinese and English.
• Acquire licence if job involves in regulated activities.
