To support the day to day leadership of a clinical team providing a high quality service within the resources available in a defined area, and specifically to deliver on the following key areas. To offer specialist mental health assessments to Young People who present in crisis during the hours of the service. This role includes both Community CAMHS Duty and A&E Liaison work on a rotating shift basis covering a 7 day rota. In line with COVID safe practice and service developments these assessments may be offered using remote platforms for appropriate referrals as well as some face to face work. Where clinically indicated to provide a single intervention model to CYP not currently open to CAMHS. This role involves liaising with other agencies and professionals and developing ongoing positive working relationships with them to support young people who present in crisis. The role aims to reduce the number of presentations and admissions to acute hospitals and to reduce length of stay and facilitate discharge once physical health needs have been addressed. The post holder will be required to manage and have responsibility for a busy Depot Clinic and at times cover the Clozapine Clinic in absence of the regular Clozapine Clinic nurse. You will also have responsibility for those service users under the MHWT without Care coordinators or key workers. Your responsibility will be to ensure risk assessment are updated, medical review is booked, and physical health screening has been carried out.

The post holder will also be required to utilise evidence-based practice, client centred approaches to assess service users mental state as they attend clinic and sign post as appropriate. In consultation with the matron the post holder will maintain effective communication with statutory and voluntary services, service users and carers within NELFT and Redbridge.

As a Health Safety and Environment Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for Facilities Management (FM) and Health & Safety (H&S) issues within the Scottish Region, ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints. What you will be doing

• Deliver FM and Health & Safety within Diligenta to budget, be a point of contact for FM & H&S issues within Scottish Region.

What we are looking for
