This position involves a multi-grade career ladder. The major duties listed below represent the full performance level of GS-11. Duties include, but may not be limited to the following:

• Maintains cost accounting ledgers for current and prior year appropriations assigned to research.
• Formulates and executes short-and-long term budget plans.
• Reconciles cost control records with monthly, quarterly, and annual fiscal reports.
• Advises investigators on purchasing habits, including quarterly and yearly allocations.
• Performs financial audits of accounts and financial records to certify or attest that financial statements fairly represent the financial position of Research and Development (R&D).
• Monitors contracts and submits timely extensions.

• Prepares a variety of management reports related to the status of funds, expenses, obligations, employees, and workload, adjusting to ensure accurate portrayal of status of funds.
• Serve as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) designee for the service and oversees areas of acquisition administration and contractor's performance.
• Serves as the service's focal point to resolve problems or conflicts that may arise between research investigator, vendors, and the procurement staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Middlewood Clinic provide care and treatment for men and women who have an eating disorder including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and atypical eating disorders. Subject to CQC registration our approach will be to restore a healthy body weight and address psychological problems during treatment.

The Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) at Middlewood Clinic will be made up of the Registered Manager, Consultant Psychiatrist, Nurses, Healthcare Workers, Psychologist, Dietician, Occupational Therapist and Social Worker.

The hospital will have 12 comfortable ensuite bedrooms and a variety of communal and recreational spaces including lounge areas, a light and airy dining room, activities room, visitors room, therapy rooms, therapy kitchen area and a lovely cottage style garden.

Whilst on probation all contracts will be a minimum of 24 gym floor hours, this is to ensure you earn a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earning will increase as you establish your PT clients and improve your earning potential.

PT sessions have a sliding scale, the more you deliver the more your take home earning potential is.
