Qualifications

Must-Have

• Applicant must have HS Diploma with ten years of relevant experience.

Job Overview:

Responsible for successfully managing customer relationships within an assigned set of existing customers to achieve the goals and objectives of both Cardinal Health and the Customer.

Demonstrating the value of the Cardinal Health Solution suite of tools, while building long- term relationships with existing customers, establishing a “True Solutions Expert” to support

our customers and the Sales Team. The Complexity of the solution, product or services offered is varied can range from reasonably straightforward to moderately complex selling environment.

Main Job Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Assess, analyze and consult with our existing customers about their business needs and plans in order to determine the appropriate solution needed & optimal timing to assist each customer in maximizing efficiencies and improving margins.

Summary

Under the direction of the VP Operations, oversees the Environmental, Health and Safety program, ensuring that all regulatory permit obligations are completed on schedule and all personnel are trained as required to ensure a safe and efficient workplace. Participates in Teledyne EHS team calls and initiatives and reports required metrics. Participates in the long-term strategic planning process for Operations including space planning and other facility projects required to support production capacity and ensure facility operations run in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Manages daily facility operations including project management of infrastructure installations, preventative maintenance and repair services, and other upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
 

Environmental, Health & Safety (70%)

• Manage Environmental, Health & Safety program, including acting as Environmental Safety Leader and Radiation Safety Officer.
• Coordinate training programs to instruct personnel in the proper procedures for use of radiation generating devices, high voltage equipment, and hazardous materials prior to use, at periodic intervals (refresher training) and as required by changes in procedures, equipment, regulations, etc.
• Perform annual audits of the safety program to ensure compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations.
• Ensure that regulatory permitting and periodic reporting is completed on schedule including oversight and management of Hazardous Waste, Stormwater and Air Quality programs.
• Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery Business Continuity, Injury Illness Prevention, Respiratory, Environmental Management System and Health and Safety Management System plans.
• Coordinate with Human Resource and Manufacturing teams to organize and conduct Job Hazard Assessments.
• Participate in Teledyne EHS team calls, projects and report required metrics, and implement EHS initiatives (Safety Share, Safety Day, Safety Video).
• Carry out procedural tests (e.g. spill tests, fire drills, disaster recovery checks).
• Lead regular EHS committee meeting, provide minutes and actions and ensure these are completed promptly. 
• Coach and support area owners to manage risk assessments and manage day-to-day health & safety issues.
   

Facilities (30%)

• Provide project management for facility maintenance, service and construction projects including: define scope of work, manage vendor bids, create schedule, coordinate and manage vendors, and manage project execution through completion.
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
• Inspect the buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Review utilities consumption and propose and implement plans to minimize costs.
• Manage and coordinate external contractors (janitorial, groundskeepers, plumbing, electrical, technicians, etc).
• Control activities such as parking allocation, waste disposal, building security (together with Security Manager).
• Participate in space planning and allocation activities.
• Negotiate and maintain service contracts.

Job Summary

The Oncology Vascular Access Territory Manager will sell the HD Safety product portfolio as well as Infection Prevention product portfolio to Acute Care facilities and Oncology/Infusion Centers.  The territory manager is a highly proficient sales performer with experienced level of knowledge regarding Hazardous Drug Safety space and experience with Infection prevention. This person will work closely with their Regional Manager to identify targets and to implement effective selling strategies that foster a sales performance crafted to achieve their territory sales budget. They understand the importance of implementing existing national and local contracts by using pricing strategies to drive sales by collaborating with National Accounts and Business Integrators as appropriate.  They also work collaboratively with Infusion, Surgical and Access teams to enhance relationships they have in areas of the hospital to expand chemo safety penetration, infection prevention and identify new account opportunities. Conversely, the relationships developed in pharmacy and oncology can be used to create opportunities to increase the Infusion team product sales growth. The OVC TM will work with Strategic Account Managers, the One Company resource to cultivate positive relationships with key clinical and economic decision makers in key Large Accounts and IDNs.

• Continuously promote and improve knowledge of Chemo Safety products, Vascular Care products, competitive products, sales and promotional skills through the Clinical Support function and MDS field sales organization.

• Participates in trade shows to promote the company’s product line, educate potential and existing customers in the medical community.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.

• 3 - 5 proven years of sales experience, or comparable experience outside of BD.

The Project Manager is an Intermediate level Core Team Leader, driving a team of functional professionals from multiple functions, regions and external partners. Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

What You Will Do:

The Billing Process Manager is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the billing process for the Company in alignment with the Company’s billing services.

This critical leadership position will coordinate the resolution of all billing issues, provide high-level analysis and manage the accounts receivable process in conjunction with the client, operations team, and corporate finance group with the goal of optimizing cash collections for the Company.

• IT planning and needs assessments, system selection and implementation, project management, upgrade coordination and testing, custom programming, application support, design or build, interim management, business operational analysis and workflow redesigns

Position Summary

The Health & Safety Manager provides leadership, guidance, and expertise to operation with respect to the development and implementation of Health and Safety strategies, standards, policies and related processes, legislative requirements. The incumbent provides support, tools and the information necessary to heighten awareness of supervisors/managers and employees to relevant health and safety matters and provides the necessary expertise and guidance to address health and safety concerns where required to prevent occupations injuries and illnesses. The position will support the development and implementation of the Pernod Ricard H&S strategic priorities including safety culture, safety leadership and safety performance. The position will build the trust and confidence to inspire change through providing comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis. Key Responsibilities

Risk Management

• Drive strong leadership abilities to drive local adoption of health and safety programs
• Manage the safety requirements of the operational sites and equipment and provide support to operations through safety evaluations of projects using documentation and standardized processes
