The team is led by a dedicated Principal OT for medicine who works closely with the Team Leader and Clinical Specialist. The "must haves" for this role:
1. Registered Mental Health Nurse or Social Worker.
2. Evidence of a sound understanding of the acute care pathway.
3. Experience of assessment and case formulation, evidence of skills utilised to manage risk.
4. Use of a car for work purposes or the ability to travel efficiently between sites and patient's homes.(Please note not all base locations or client care bases may be reached by public transport).
