As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) School Nurse, the post holder will work within the School Health and Wellbeing Service (SHWS) as part of the Tower Hamlets GP Care Group integrated 0-19 service to deliver the Healthy Child Programme 5-19.
