As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Develop and execute tailored recruitment plans to attract top talent for assigned regions
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to identify talent needs and create effective recruitment strategies
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and attract diverse talent pools
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications
• Coordinate and host recruitment events, including career fairs and interview days, to showcase our organization and connect with potential candidates
• Ensure efficient onboarding processes for new hires, from job offer to first day orientation

CLINICAL PROVIDER SUPERVISOR, OUTPATIENT
SPRINGFIELD, MO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Provider Supervisor to join our Outpatient team in Springfield, Missouri. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of clinical providers and ensuring that they have the support and guidance they need to deliver high-quality mental health services to students. This role involves providing regular supervision, mentoring, and coaching, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.

Additionally, pending approval from the Burrell Licensure Committee, this role may also involve providing clinical supervision to individuals in training. As a Clinical Provider Supervisor, you will supervise, manage, and lead a team of Outpatient Services clinical providers while maintaining a clinical caseload. Clinical Provider – RecoverED Eating Disorder Services

Springfield, Missouri

The RecoverED Eating Disorder Services programming at Burrell is both unique and dynamic. RecoverED provides evidence-based treatment services in two levels of care – a) Outpatient and b) Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP).

Licensed clinicians working within the RecoverED program have an opportunity to be a part of a multidisciplinary team addressing the needs of those served, including a registered dietician, psychiatry, and primary care consultation, as well as work alongside licensed counselors and a psychologist. Interventions range from individual and group therapies, to more hands-on and practical skill application such as intuitive eating and cooking interventions, depending on individuals’ needs.

Specifically, the RecoverED Outpatient program represents the only eating-disorder focused behavioral health program in the Springfield, Missouri area, and the IOP level of care represents the only eating-disorder focused IOP program in all of southwest Missouri. The program is led by an IAEDP (International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals) Associate, and participates in regular multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance the quality of participant care and outcomes.
