About You

What you'll be doing: Facilitate & enhance the provision of onsite Systems Training and Systems Implementation across the group. REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 6+yrs
• Senior ML Engineer with experience in GCP, Azure, and OpenAI, to lead client engagements in Google Gemini and prompt engineering, advising on the best solutions to achieve business goals along with extensive experience with Python, Gemini, and OpenAI, having implemented at least one significant project on OpenAI.
• Expertise in any chatbot technology is a significant advantage.
• Knowledge of high-quality professional software engineering practices for agile software development cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and deployment.
• Fundamental knowledge of design patterns
• Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs.

Macmahon is currently seeking an experienced HSEQ  & Training Advisor to join the Olympic Dam team on an 8:6 roster, Reporting to the HSEQ Superintendent, this site-based role will suit experienced professionals with previous surface mining experience. 
 
About the role
 

FIFO on 8:6 day shift roster
Implementation & compliance to the systems and processes in the HSEQ Management Plan.
HSEQ Management Systems mentoring and guidance.
Liaising with clients in relation to WHS activities and site-based lead and lag indicators.
Assisting with accident / incident investigations.
Facilitating risk assessments to support operations.
Maintaining and reviewing site corrective action and hazard reporting processes.
