• You will manage the administrative activities of the NROTC Programs.
• You will conduct administrative orientation briefs for new students. Maintains all student records, files, and collects data required in administering all aspects of the NROTC program.
• You will compose a variety of Naval and business letters, memoranda, directives, statistical and narrative reports, endorsement, messages and forms, utilizing a computer, as appropriate.
• You will obtain, evaluate, and process all related medical program requirements and medical examinations.

• Ensure proper employment documentation is filed and maintained in each personnel folder such as: Educator certifications/recertification, SF50s, and transcripts.
• Prepare a variety of documents and requests for supplies from oral instructions, hand-written rough drafts, or voice recordings.
• Prepare, track, document, and/or file personnel or purchase requests.
• Order, maintain, and display regulations, publications and required forms that may have been issued by a variety of sources (i.e., DoD, DoDEA, the Military service(s) represented in the area, or other controlling organizations such as DFAS or OPM).
• Respond to letters of inquiry whenever possible, routing information to the principal and/or Assistant Principal when their personal attention is required.
• Manage all records related to school correspondence/mail distribution, and Freedom of Information Act data.

• Provide coaching (both in-person and virtually) to Elementary PK-5 educators/educational leaders.
• Guide leadership/leadership team(s) in the school-wide implementation planning (this includes professional development, time for job-embedded learning, and scheduling).
• Foster professional practice improvement of teachers in an Elementary PK-5 learning environment.
• Implement Elementary PK-5 instruction within student-centered learning environments (such as the physical space, academic, social, and emotional learning opportunities, and daily structure).
• Advise educators in leveraging interpreted data to improve teaching effectiveness.

• Organizes experimental progress in the form suitable for oral presentation or posters for scientific meetings.
• Writes periodic laboratory reports including discussion on experimental design, principle, procedure, and results
• Performs molecular biology techniques such as DNA/RNA isolation, real time PCR equipment operation, or analysis of bone structure.
• Operates and maintains a variety of highly specialized complex equipment which must be calibrated and synchronized to achieve desired results.
• Selects appropriate methods and procedures for carrying the project plan to completion.

PT sessions have a sliding scale, the more you deliver the more your take home earning potential is.
