We are looking to appoint a Learning Mentor, helping to meet the needs of our growing numbers of students. The confidence and ability to support students with a wide range of needs will be required and some knowledge and experience of supporting students with learning difficulties, mental health difficulties and disabilities would be an advantage.

Your New Role:

We are currently looking to appoint a new SEN Science Teacher and join our amazing team at our unique outdoor setting to students aged 11-19 in our growing Worcester setting based in Clifton-Upon-Teme on a full time, permanent basis.

We're looking for a passionate individual with experience of helping to develop a child in line with targets from their academic and pastoral plans. The successful candidate will be delivering group sessions at a base specifically crafted for a small group of students. Here at Kingston College, we are looking for a Lecturer in Engineering to teach both FE and HE vocational courses. Predominantly on vocational Level 2/3 programmes for full time and apprenticeship students, you will be responsible for the delivery, conduct and progress of students on these courses in line with College and School policies and procedures, ensuring the provision is of high quality.

The requirements of this role are to teach Engineering on a range of units which may include areas of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Principles and Mathematics. What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience of advancing progress of pupils of relevant age within a learning environment.

Experience of managing pupil behaviour and supervising pupils under an agreed system of supervision and processes for integrated working.

Experience of administering, assessing and marking tests.

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Personal Trainer / Gym Instructor and Fitness Manager who has professional fitness qualifications (level 2 or 3 as a minimum), with management and teaching experience in the fitness industry.

Working as the Personal Trainer / Gym Instructor and Fitness Manager you will be responsible for managing and the overall running of the fitness centre’s day to day operational requirements.

As the Personal Trainer / Gym Instructor and Fitness Manager you will also assist with the sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed and generating new membership sales.


DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as the Personal Trainer / Gym Instructor and Fitness Manager will include:

• Sales – achieve new member sales, total membership, and income targets

• Membership retention – use initiative aimed at improving and maintaining member retention

• Centre Operations – the overall running of the fitness centre’s day to day operational requirements

• Marketing – increasing awareness and generating new membership sales

• Health and Safety – adherence to club and site H&S requirements


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Professional fitness qualifications (level 2 or 3 as a minimum)

• Experience teaching fitness classes

• First aid qualification

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential

• Management experience within the fitness industry is essential
