As a training instructor for Sizewell C, you will be reporting into the Training Project Group Head in the NSA within a dotted line to the Training Lead within Sizewell C. Therefore, the successful candidate must be prepared to work at the Sizewell C site for a minimum of 3 days per week.
As a key member of the NSA and Sizewell C Training Team, the Training Instructor will be actively involved in all stages of the systematic approach to training using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). What you’ll be doing…


- Completing FCI Training, learning to apply the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
- Learning, developing, training, and gaining experience in engineering and other key areas.
- Delivering training to up to 20 people at a time, as well as coaching and mentoring trainees when needed to support learning.
