As an Education Program Specialist, GS-1720-14, you will be responsible for:

• Serve as a nationally recognized authority for the assigned broad program. Provides professional leadership and guidance to department, state, institutional and organizational officials in planning, developing, and carrying out the assigned program.
• Responsible for or participates in the formulation of strategies that will lead to improvements and greater accountability (on-site monitoring) that will serve to shape new policy methods of identifying, developing, analyzing, and interpreting legislative policy, regulations, and administrative procedures that impact institutional participation in the Higher Education Programs.  
• Apply experience in regulatory analysis, budgeting, management and legislative development for grant programs in the analysis of pertinent law, statutes, process, regulations, and precedents applicable to Higher ED programs.
• Apply analytical and evaluative methods and techniques that are necessary to analyze complex issues and develop solutions to programs and administrative issues involving implementation of the grant programs.
• Analyze developments and keeps abreast of trends related to the program to which assigned. Incorporates and adapts such developments into program plans and initiatives that offer promising solutions to long-standing or controversial program issues and problems.

This position is located in the Intelligence Analysis Division, Intelligence Services Bureau, Protective and Intelligence Operations, United States Capitol Police. Provides assistance and/or performs work to facilitate actions for major segments of complex intelligence, investigative and analytical activities for a broad geographical area. Gathers sensitive evidence and intelligence information that aids and enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of the United States Capitol Police (USCP) protective security programs and services.

Plans, collects, and analyzes intelligence information from unclassified and classified sources while staying attentive to emerging intelligence sources and trends. Manages the collection of publicly available information in a given geographic region or a specific subject area to meet mission needs using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) including mass media, the internet specialized journals, studies, conference proceedings, geospatial information and more. Provides support and assistance and/or evaluates and interprets incoming intelligence reports and other information vital to the success of the USCP protective and security programs.
Develops and maintains specialized databases, files, and records according to assignment.

Provides administrative support and/or performs comprehensive reviews, evaluations and manages complex intelligence information databases. Provides assistance and/or prepares special security reports and documents on a routine, continual basis.

The position of Deputy Assistant Director - Chief Learning Officer manages and directs the development of ATF's training objectives and conducts assessments of ATF's Service operational and administrative programs to identify training needs and develops annual training plans, to ensure program management and goals are achieved through the delegation of authority of supervision and guidance to subordinate section supervisors.

We’re searching for a knowledgeable, team-oriented Senior CRA to manage the clinical aspects of full-service global projects in Malaysia. As a Senior CRA at PSI, you will work on the frontline of communication with project stakeholders, ensuring the successful conduct of clinical trials in a variety of therapeutic indications. You will maintain the highest quality standards in the industry, while performing and supervising study start-up, clinical monitoring and site management activities on the country/regional level. 

You will become one of our first team members in Malaysia and contribute to the development of PSI Operations.

You will:

• Supervise study activities, timelines, milestones, and schedules on the country level.
• Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits.
• Be involved in study set-up, including site contract and budget negotiations.
• Be responsible for site communication and management.
• Ensure consistency of all study processes and identify country differences.
• Oversee maintenance of study-specific and corporate tracking systems.
• Contribute to the development and update of project planning documents, essential documents, and project instructions.
• Be a point of contact for in-house support services, contractors, global cross-functional teams, and vendors.

Major duties and responsibilities include:

As a Research Principal-Interdisciplinary, you will:

• Provide authoritative advice and analytical support to the Deputy Director and/or Associate Director, Research and Analysis Center on key mission-critical issues, initiatives and operations.
• Take the lead or is independently responsible for the initiation, planning, implementation, control, modification and execution of all components of statistical and economic modeling research projects and assignments.
