Summary:

The Inclusion and Wellbeing Teacher is responsible for providing support to children aged 5 to 11 who may have experienced trauma, have additional support needs, and/or need help to manage self-regulation. This support will be centred on planning bespoke and targeted interventions to ensure inclusion, engagement in and progress in learning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess the children's needs and plan to meet those needs.
• Provide differentiated support in the classroom through 1:1 or small group support.
• Collaborate with other school staff to assist children in accessing the mainstream setting and curriculum.

• Monitor the children's progress regularly and make adjustments to the plans as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.

Windsor Park School is a multidenominational provision, consisting of Primary and Secondary Departments.
