The Adult Education Service is part of Coventry City Council. We provide a wide range of courses for Coventry residents age 19+ and much of our provision is targeted at people with the highest levels of need.

Adult Education deliver a study programme at Southfields Old School for young people aged 16 - 24 years old with and without an Educations Health and Care Plan. We offer a range of qualifications, and the programme is designed to be flexible to meet the needs of individual young people. Job Title: Stock Administrator
Location: Coventry
Salary: £28,000 Per annum
Hours: 6am-2 pm Sunday -Thursday
Duration: Temporary with a view to permanent

Due to experiencing an exciting period of growth, our client is looking for a stock administrator to join their team on a temporary with a view to permanent basis.

You will be responsible for administration of all paperwork with respect to goods entering and leaving and recording information on their CRM system.

Day to day duties and responsibilities:
Perpetual Inventory Count
Investigating damages ensuring system is updated accordingly
Assist with annual stock takes
Investigate customer credits prior to making any adjustments
Ensure any interface issues on stock file is actioned and resolved in timely manner on daily basis
Leasing with Product Supply Department on any potential out of stocks or over stocked items.
Checking and highlighting to stock coordinator for any out of rotation issues
Any other ad hock reasonable administrative task requested by stock coordinator or stock and admin manager.
Running KPI reports
Cover for the stock administrator as required

Previous experience in a similar role
Intermediate Word & Excel experience

You would complete a 12 month undergraduate or post graduate diploma in Education Mental Health Practitioner practitioner at the university of Northampton. Once you have successfully completed your studies and qualify as an EMHP you will move to a substantive role as a Band 5 EMHP within the Rise service. In line with new requirements, all EMHPs at this point would need to register with a governing body (BABCP/BPS)to work within an MHST.

As a trainee EMHP, you will be expected to work under supervision as part of a well established, dynamic mental health and wellbeing team in a creative and supportive environment. You will be delivering evidence-based interventions and Whole School Approach to specific identified schools. Your new ideas around how we work creatively while supporting children, young people and their families is actively encouraged.

During you training year-the post holder will, under well structured supervision, develop knowledge and practice Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based skills to employ a range of evidence based interventions for common mental health problems through direct and group support for children, young people and their parents/carers in line with university expectations.

You will prepared to work at undergraduate diploma level and educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
