Responsibilities

● Support in managing operational and administrative matters pertaining to the effective acquisition/ procurement and delivery of teaching and learning materials in accordance to organisational and divisional governance protocols and stipulated timelines

● Ensure data accuracy in the Education Management System and update with current student data

● Support in managing all matters pertaining to communication and correspondences with internal and external stakeholders such as Programme officers, vendors, students and key centre personnel.

● Support in managing the records of e-learning licenses

● Assist with collation of billing records

● Assist in managing the packing, shifting, collection and handover of the deliveries to the vendors

● Adherence to SOPs, Financial and Procurement guidelines

● Participate in Divisional and SINDA-wide events when required

● Any other duties as assigned by RO/ HOD.

Requirements

● Minimum Degree in any discipline

● 2-5 years of working experience in a similar role

● Meticulous, good decision and problem-solving skills

● Good time management skills

● Able to work independently and in a team

● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including building and sustaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.

● Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel for presentations

● Able to perform basic data analysis using Excel/Power BI would be an added advantage

● Knowledge of the Singapore Education landscape is an advantage

● Able to work outdoors

● Flexible to work on weekday evenings and Saturdays

We are looking for a passionate Machine Learning Operations Engineer (MLOps Engineer). What you need to bring

• MS in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Experience deploying and operationalizing machine learning models.

• Knowledge of machine learning techniques like supervised/unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP etc.

• Expertise in DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, AWS/GCP.

About us :-

We have 4,000 students enrolled with us and a team of 200 full time teachers, 50 part time teachers and 50 teachers who are working on flexible timings

Job Scope :-

• 1-1teaching at our MathVision Campus in line with the training provided by our senior teachers
• We have developed our own in-house materials that can be used for teaching purposes. Hence, teachers do not need to create their own materials. However, as they gain experience, they are welcome to help their respective departments in updating existing materials in their free time (during office hours).

Working Hours for Full-Timers :-

• Mondays - Thursdays - 11:30 am - 7:30 pm (Lunch Break from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm)
• Saturdays and Sundays - 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Lunch Break from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm)
• Fridays - Off Day

Leave Policy :-

Leaves always get approved

• 18 days of Annual Leave in a year
