Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Demonstrated experience working with students with complex needs.
- Profound comprehension of various complex needs, including ASC, sensory processing disorders, communication challenges, and learning disabilities.
- Flexibility and patience to address the individual needs of each student and tailor a personalised learning path.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external entities.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) for working with children.
