Your key responsibilities:

• Conduct timely, insightful analysis on markets in Asia with a particular focus on commodities including crude oil markets, gold, natural gas and thermal coal.
• Analyze economic developments from macro data releases, capital flows, and central bank and government policies to generate investment and hedging recommendations for Deutsche Bank’s clients
• Write for regional and global publications on investment opportunities, trading recommendations and market themes in Asian and commodity markets

The Role:

Morningstar is looking for an experienced professional to join our Sales and Services team. The Regional Operations Director shall work to define processes and operational excellence for the CSM organization. This role operationalizes our CSM strategy, process, and Success Platform to grow and scale the Success organization. This is a highly visible role within Success, as your interactions will touch key leaders of all CS functions. Working cross functionally with a broad set of business partners, you will use keen business process understanding, appreciation for simplicity and quality, critical thinking, and a bit of elbow grease to craft holistic solutions that meet business and technology objectives while furthering Morningstar’s long-range goals. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, partners across multiple internal teams, can coordinate operations across a global team, and is focused on execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Success Process: Design and manage the key business processes of Customer Success, including Onboarding, Value Realization/Adoption, and Renewal/Expansion
• Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of the processes and look for new ways to drive efficiency
• Analysis: Act as the business analyst and process owner for technology implementations while partnering with the Corporate Systems team
• Success Technology: Administer, configure, and maintain Morningstar’s Customer Success platform (e.g. Gainsight, ChurnZero, Catalyst)
• Alignment: Collaborate with Success leaders to drive effective cross-functional and cross-collaboration alignment to deliver Success-wide outcomes (eg Cost to serve coverage models, customer segmentation modeling and scale, Success Bookings pacing and trends)

Qualifications:

• 10+ years operating in a SaaS oriented Customer Success function (as outlined above), sales/business operations
• 7+ years CSM/Sales tool experience - Salesforce required; experience n CS platforms such as Gainsight, ChurnZero, ClientSuccess, Catalyst is highly desirable
• Strategy and Operations experience
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally to understand business requirements and translate them to effective use of applications
• Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
• Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

Roles

This role requires a combination of:

This person will increase the quality and base of professional coaching and program offerings from our MBP SPORTS cbd location and set a sustainable model for development of Racket Sports (in Particular Padel) in the Singapore and S E Asian region.

Responsibilities

On Court Coaching:

1. Deliver customised Padel Programs to players of all skill levels exclusively from our Padel Site at Marina Square.
2. Assist other coaches deliver customised coaching programs to players of all skill levels
3. Oversee all player development and coaching of Padel at MBP SPORTS existing and upcoming racket sports sites.
4. Create and participate in Pro Am Corporate events for racket sports

Coach and Program Development:

1. Develop, deliver and train others to deliver quality padel related ratings, ladders and site tournaments
2. Conduct coaching clinics, and workshops for trainees, coaches, teachers and players
3. Develop and deliver quality pathways linking MBP SPORTS Coaching Methodology, International best Practices and SMART educational model to coaches and teachers of all levels.

• Curriculum Development:

1. Assist CEO to refine and deliver MBP SPORTS Coaching Methodology and certifications to existing and trainee "teacher - coaches" from novice to elite.
2. Oversee Player ratings and pathway development of Racket sports (in particular the sport of padel) to all MBP SPORTS sites
3. Refine and Deliver all facets of the MBP SPORTS Coaching Methodology and adapt existing Tennis Pathways to meet and exceed International standards.

Management of Coaches and Players:

1. Manage all scheduling of Coaching to match teacher-coaches to clients
2. oversee all pathway development for players from novice to elite -particularly transitioning players between Tennis, Pickleball and Padel.

Event and Sponsorship Management:

1. Assist in planning all Racket sport site events for MBP SPORTS sites
2. Assist in sourcing, negotiating and overseeing managemenet of all racket sports Sponsorships.
