Supervising care staff and taking charge of the Home in the absence of the Registered Manager
Supporting and supervising the Service Users in the implementation of an individual programme of life skills, key skills and independence skills and leisure in their Home and the community

Leading, supervising and motivating the care team within the home

At Ashcroft, care and support is provided for three young adults with learning disability, autism and other care needs including sensory impairments and epilepsy.
