As part of a cross-College team, this role will manage a portfolio of services for Learning and Teaching and Student Experience within the College of Arts & Humanities. Initially, due to a secondment within the School of Critical Studies, the successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative support for programmes offered by this School, including undergraduate, postgraduate (taught) and other relevant provision. This role is accountable for the quality and professionalism of service delivery, integral to the future shape of the learning and teaching and student experience provision in the College.

The postholder will be line managed by the College Deputy Head of Student Services however, for the initial period in the School of Critical Studies, line management will be provided by the relevant Head of Professional Services with their development supported by the College Deputy Head of Student Services, in line with the Arts & Humanities Strategy 2023-2028.
