Job Title: Leader of Learning Support

This is an opportunity to join Bristol Metropolitan Academy in a leadership role. You will lead and develop our supportive and talented Learning Support Team. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in post, the Leader of Learning Support will have experience of working as part of an additional needs team and effective deployment of staff or resources. The role encompasses providing equity of opportunity and an excellent educational experience through high expectations and the removal of barriers to learning for students with Special Educational Needs and Disability, Medical Needs, English as an Additional Language and Young Carers.
