Working Hours
Our Learning Support Assistants work on a 38-week contract which means you will work your hours within the college term time and then be on annual leave throughout the college holidays but still enjoy the benefits of receiving a pro rata salary.
Your hours will be up to 35 hours per week between a Monday to Friday from 9.00am – 4.30pm. There is flexibility in terms of hours if the above times are not suitable for you, which we are happy to discuss this at interview.
