More detail about the role: This is a full time and high profile position and needs to attract the most proficient candidates possible. The role includes gaining, building and maintaining effective relationships with clinicians, managers and staff who use the Digital Services training service and Epic EPR application. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling of all Epic classroom training activities, excellent IT, troubleshooting and effective problem/conflict resolution skills. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary event planning group meetings and experience of project planning, implementation and delivery are highly desirable. The successful applicant must be confident and highly adaptable. The Administrator role supports the Electronic Patient Record (Epic) training delivery which in turn supports front line staff recording patient care. The applicant will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering effective digital training services and continual service improvement to support the Trust, its local business partners and external clients across the South West. The post holder will act as an ambassador for the Digital Training Service, be the key contact within the Training Team for Trust wide managers and staff, answering queries and offering advice and guidance with regards to Epic development and training curriculum and lead on resource management and reporting.
