Position: Education Consultant or Business Manager
Location: Exeter Office/Hybrid
Salary: Up for discussion based on experience and what you can bring to the role.
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (12-week probation)
As a Consultant, you will support the recruitment and development of staff for primary, secondary, and SEN schools across Somerset. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and vetting quality candidates, matching them with suitable roles, and providing ongoing support to schools and educators throughout the recruitment process.
This role is perfect for someone with a go-getter attitude and the drive to succeed. The potential to earn a substantial amount of commission is enormous, and with dedication and hard work, you can eventually build and lead your own branch. We value the right behaviour and attitude, and we are open to hearing from people from all types of experience, even if you currently work for a competitor.
Your typical day will be dynamic and fast-paced. From conducting educator interviews to liaising with schools for service reviews and collaborating with colleagues, each day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Our shifts range from 7:00 AM, with adjusted hours during the summer holidays to ensure work-life balance.
