We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commissioning Support Administrator to join a well established team in Sefton. The role involves providing daily administrative and commissioning support for Individual Patient Activities (IPA) and Continuing Healthcare (CHC) processes, contributing to the effective delivery of services such as Personal Health Budgets, Complex Care, and Funded Nursing Care in line with the National Framework.
