The post holder will assist registered staff within the Complex Needs team at harbour Drug and alcohol services, working under supervision, in providing support in the community for people experincing mental health and co-existing substance misues issues. The post holder will work alongside the other services and staff working with people that live complex lives in the community, where they will manage a caseload under supervision from a registered member of staff. The aim is to promote recovery from addiction and improve the health and wellbeing outcomes for individuals, linking them in with Community activities and wider supports which include improving access to activities, meaningful employment, and training. Post holder also provides Dental Sedation Nursing support to all Dentists carrying out Dental Sedation, including Oral Surgery. The MPGS provides professional soldiers to meet armed security requirements at Royal Navy, Army, RAF and other MOD bases across the UK Mainland. Our primary role is to counter the terrorist threat posed to military bases within the UK.

Our duties include:
Security incident management - Such as suspicious packages, bomb threats, protests, etc.

Patrolling site perimeters - Taking necessary action to preserve perimeter security.
Controlling entry and exit - Managing control room and gate operations and ensuring all visitors are dealt with efficiently.

The service allows Courts to make greater use of bail by providing accommodation in the community with support for adult defendants who could not otherwise be bailed.

The Team provides flexible and holistic support to Residents who have a wide range of support needs. They aim to support our Residents to find and keep a stable home at the end of their CAS-2 placement. You will manage a caseload of Residents and properties in your allocated area.

Your new role
To provide housing related support to vulnerable individuals together with providing housing and property management with the aim of achieving a successful move-on and other measurable outcomes including supporting service users to achieve independence.

• Support clients to comply with the requirements of their HDC/Bail conditions.
• Producing a realistic and achievable Support Plan to include accessing and using housing and accommodation services to support move on to longer term accommodation.
• Ensure that all Support Plans and Risk Assessments are unique, inclusive and person-centred.
