About the role:

This role is home-based with regular travel throughout Devon and Cornwall, including to our office in Plymouth. Hours will be 9am to 5pm with one day per week covering 10:15am to 6:15pm on a rtoa basis & there may be an occasional need to work outside core hours to meet the demands of the role.

As a Stalking Caseworker you will:

• Develop, deliver and monitor safety and support plans for those affected by crime (primarily stalking) who accept ongoing support which will include providing resources, interventions, and information to all service users
• Work alongside and oversee the casework management of a small number of volunteer supporters
• Liaise and actively engage with other local providers to share information on the VS service offer and options for victims and survivors
• Take part in wider VS development around stalking
• Working as part of a team with staff and the volunteer team to provide a seamless service to clients

You will need:

• Understanding of the impact of crime on victims such as stalking, domestic abuse, sexual violence, hate crime and anti-social behaviour
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of successfully delivering services and working directly within a statutory, voluntary or multi agency setting(s)
• Ability to balance competing needs and priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience of building effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders
• Personal resilience to manage exposure to highly emotional or sensitive demands of the role
• Ability to manage a caseload including complex case management
• Ability to use generic IT applications competently.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Assurance Assistant to join our client's Customer Experience and Assurance Team. This role is crucial in transforming customer service and ensuring high-quality support within the organization.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately record all customer contact, including complaints, compliments, and Councillor/MP enquiries, and forward them to the appropriate Investigating Officer.
• Monitor responses to customer contact, ensuring all communication between the organization and the customer is properly recorded, and targets are met.
• Perform complaint satisfaction surveys to enhance the customer experience, providing valuable feedback for service improvements.
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of staff training on service delivery developments within the team.
• Provide excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone, handling a variety of enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
