• Collaborate with internal and external partners (courts, victim support, prisons, etc.) to optimise outcomes and manage risk.
• Participate in professional forums and provide guidance to colleagues and support staff.
• Conduct prison, home, and community visits as needed.
• Respond to risk escalations and develop risk management plans.
• Deliver or co-lead accredited interventions for offenders.

We are currently seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our team supporting local authorities in utilising Liquidlogic's market leading Education and Social Services and Case Management software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for 2nd and 3rd line support functions as part of the Application Support team.
• Investigate, analyse and problem-solve Incidents raised via our Incident Management System, Jira
• Use application log files, SQL and other diagnostic tools and methodologies to resolve issues, including data issues, coding issues and reviewing application and Windows/SQL logs to identify the cause.

Office based

The purpose of the role is to undertake a range of administrative functions which include: sorting and distributing post, scanning and indexing correspondence, downloading from portals, and printing for our internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide generic administrative duties across the Post room, Printing and Scanning team to ensure excellent delivery of customer service.
Sort and open Royal Mail post in line with procedures ready for distribution. Complete signed for records and advise customers of their receipt.
Process correspondence/electronic communications i.e.: scanning, indexing, and importing documents and data as required for Revenues and Benefits to meet the service needs, including eClaims.
Download Planning Portal applications on a daily basis and process necessary documents ready for validation of application.
Scan and upload public comments on a daily basis in line with Council’s data protection, redacting personal and confidential information.
Scanning and indexing of complete / archived planning and building control applications.
Process prints and copier unit requests in the agreed timescales.
Daily printing of letters and invoices for all departments and processing letters produced by remote workers.
Packing large mail outs using the folding inserter equipment.
Checking outgoing mail to ensure it meets Royal Mail standards and it is addressed to a UK residence.
Frank overseas and large mail items for posting.



Qualifications:

Good standards of literacy and numeracy, including written and spoken English; and GCSE-level mathematics functions.



Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Experience of prioritising and organising work to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external customers.
Experience of working in an administration environment with practices with regard to customer care.
Experience of delivering excellent customer service in the work place.
Knowledge or experience of design and print.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).

An exciting 12 months secondment opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to cover maternity in our Neighbourhood Mental Health Team working within the Primary Care Networks (PCNs) in west Birmingham.

Within BSMHFT our community mental health services are well-established and as part of the BSOL community transformation programme, we are looking to increase our primary care teams with primary care practitioner roles. Manpower Recruitment are looking for an experienced receptionist for a busy College in Oxford City Centre.
The role is Full Time and working 40hrs per week and would need to be flexible with hours as expectations would be to work 5/7 days including weekends, evenings and Mornings.
Early shifts will be from AM and evening shifts will finish at 10PM.
The role is paying £28097pa.

Overall Objectives
To operate the security and front of house services of the College so as to provide a safe, secure and hospitable environment for members of the College and visitors to it.

The post involves contact with people at all levels within the College and the Receptionist must be polite and tactful on all occasions. The Lodge Receptionist must also provide advice and information to Conference delegates and members of the general public visiting the College.

Key Responsibilities
Security

1. Operate access control to the College in accordance with Governing Body policy.
2. Ensure the security of the College buildings and to take appropriate action when the fire or security alarms are activated.
3. Monitor CCTV images in College, complying with the College CCTV and data security policies at all times.
4. Monitor and test the College fire alarm system, reporting faults and resetting the alarms as required.
5. Facilitate building evacuations when Fire Alarms have been activated and liaise with emergency services as and when needed.
6. Respond to personal and security alarms.
7. Ensure a record is kept of all alarm activations and relevant departments are made aware of any issues requiring intervention.
8. Out of hours, liaise with Junior Deans on student welfare issues.
9. Issue keys to College rooms and to members, visitors, contractors etc and keep accurate records of issued keys. In the event of a guest/member losing a key, take corrective action as instructed by the Lodge & Guest Relations Manager, prior to the replacement key being issued.
10. Ensure the system is up to date with arrivals and departures, contacting the Conference office in the event of discrepancies.
11. Maintain accurate written accounts of accidents or other incidents occurring in College; and inform appropriate staff in cases involving illness of staff or Junior members.
12. Respond to emergency maintenance problems by liaising with contractors and the Maintenance department.

Front of House

1. Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance to members of the College and to Conference delegates and visitors.
2. Operate the lodge telephones; answer telephone enquiries, and record telephone messages.
3. Deal with incoming and outgoing mail via Royal Mail and College Messenger systems
4. Maintain forwarding addresses of junior members in residence and living out of Oxford.
5. Promote sales of souvenirs, etc. and operate the sales till.
6. Input B&B bookings from Speedybooker into Kx when requested by the Conference office.
7. Deal with B&B visitors enquiries and arrange safe storage of luggage as and when required.
8. Receive and forward to the appropriate department reports from visitors of room defects.

General

1. Perform other duties as directed by the Lodge & Guest Relations Manager, including maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the Lodge area.
2. Undertake general administration as requested by the Lodge & Guest Relations Manager.
3. Monitor Sloane Robinson BMS data and report problems as and when needed.
4. Oversee OSS cover and Conference team members when they are working in the Lodge.
5. Accept courier deliveries, sending emails to recipients and safely storing delivered items in lodge storage area.
6. Monitor parking of cars and bicycles on College property (site specific).
7. All lost property handed into the Lodge to be handled sensitively and appropriately.

This role is a key component of the education service that holds strategic oversight and responsibility for admissions and home to school transport policy.An extensive part of the role will involve working closely with the County Council’s Supported Transport Service, utilising a service level agreement and ensuring eligible children have timely, safe and cost-efficient home to school transport.In school admissions there will be management and oversight of the processes that ensure Fair Access to places and services that are statutorily compliant.The postholder will liaise with multi-academy trusts, diocesan boards, governing bodies and senior leaders in schools to ensure processes work efficiently and children can access school places without delay.

Effective budget oversight will be critical, especially on home to school transport where demand and unit costs are growing significantly.
