As a Wildlife Refuge Manager your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee and administer refuge lands, facilities, and refuge programs and budgets per applicable laws, policies, plans, and NEPA requirements, including refuge interest in land acquisition (including fee title, conservation easements, leases, land exchanges, cooperative agreements, etc.).
• Represents FWS as a refuge management expert with elected and appointed Federal, state and local government officials and employees, the media, local and national level environmental and conservation groups, member of academia, Tribal representatives, corporate partners, and the general public on issues affecting natural resource management in the Refuge Complex.
• Collaborates with Federal agencies, States, Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) partners, and interagency organizations to identify, research, and develop solutions to long-range natural resource problems. Develops networks and builds alliances with stakeholders and partners.
• Supervises, directly and through subordinates, a multi-faceted team of professional, technical, maintenance and administrative support staff setting a team attitude of adhering to high professional standards and completion of accurate, high quality work. Responsible for creating an environment that encourages and rewards cooperation, innovative problem solving, and collaborative decision-making.
• Conducts administrative operations that involve short-, medium-, and long-range planning associated with all refuge operations, fiscal requirements, administration, personnel, property management, records management, public relations, and technical assistance to local, State, and other Federal agencies.

• Assist higher-level specialist with conducting long and short-term scientific studies and investigation on the use of soils, water, vegetation, wildlife, and other natural resources as part of the land management and natural resources program.
• Assist the District conservationist with coordinating surveys, performs monitoring, compiles/analyzes biological data, and prepares reports using statistical inference where applicable.
• Assists in the development, coordination and initiation of all recreational and management aspects of recreational programs to include: preparing regulations, letters of instruction and news releases; collecting population, biological data, etc.
• Provides input to the district Conservationist on balancing competing public and private goals for recreational development, commercial development, and natural resource preservation.

Major duties include, but are not limited to:

• Monitoring, for compliance and timely update, of expiration of time-limited credentials.
• Serving as subject matter expert (SME) in the field of credentialing.
• Receiving and reviews VetPro reports detecting problem areas requiring further investigation.
• Managing provider applications (initial) for Non-LIPs credentialing within the VAMC.
• Assuring application packages and other documents meet technical requirements per specialty of provider and assures application folder and database account (VetPro or other internal databases and spreadsheets) meet technical requirements.
• Determining processes for coordination of incoming data and documents from a variety of sources.
• Analyzing and managing issues related to documents that do not meet expected requirements, regulations or guidelines such as adverse actions against licensures, certifications, and NPDB) CQ reports.
• Conducting final appointment into the VetPro database, after thoroughly researching, analyzing and validating all data, information, documents and signature authorities.
• Developing and providing routine and special reports as requested by the C&P manager/Analyst.
• Possessing a credit card and is responsible for maintaining records, reconciling monthly charge statements and verifying legitimacy of requests for NPDB Single and CQ enrollments/ renewals, licensure verification (if applicable), National Student Clearing House, Work Number and certifications (if applicable).
• Reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies with Fiscal Service.
• Performing other credentialing duties as assigned.

• Assesses and triages patients' conditions and prepares patients for test, exams and treatments
• Administers prescribed oral medications, hypodermic injections and intravenous medications.
• Sets up and operates specialized equipment, such as cardiac monitors, defibrillators, EKG machines, resuscitators and suction machines.
• Coordinates health care needs through making referrals to other specialty clinics and community resources.
• Works with members of the Diabetes Team to maintain an accurate patient registry to follow up on patients that have not been seen within the past 12 months, and to follow up on patients who require intensive management.
• Attends and participates in meetings, performs other duties as needed to fulfill the mission of the Diabetes Program and Gallup Service Unit.

• Vacuums, dusts, mops floors, stairways, corridors, utility rooms, offices, employees' lounges, bathrooms and other assigned areas daily.
• Polishes and buffs floors daily with electric floor polishers. Strips and reapplies floor sealer as necessary. Use vacuum cleaner with water equipment attachments for wet floor pickup, floor pickup, floor plumbing overflow and other floor flooding cleaning methods.
• Cleans exam rooms in clinics on special cleaning detail as instructed using proper antiseptic techniques.
• Implements and maintains a system and insures that standards of quality of laundering are met. Collects soiled linen and carries to laundry and/or debris disposal area.
• Cleans rooms after patients have been seen, after clinics are complete or as directed.

Job Description

• Check Tariff or/and coordinate with Local pricing/procurement/Overseas offices/agents to obtain relevant rates;

Overview

Reporting to the Director, Centre for Functional Movement & Enabling Technologies, this role will be to provide research, technical and administrative support to the investigators.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical trials, design experiments, collect and analyze data from projects / research studies
• Assist in 3D printing service to meet research and clinical needs, including working with clinicians and allied health professionals to innovate and provide clinical applications and solutions
• Assist in data analysis of MRI, EEG, EMG, and motion analysis data
• Source for, design, or modify mechanical parts for experiments
• Write and publish research papers in journals and conferences
• Present research findings at international workshops, conferences and internal project meetings
• Assist in writing grant proposals for funding
• Liaise with other team members, collaborators of projects and external vendors to realize the overall goal of the project
• Coordinate the submission of new IRB applications, study amendments and annual reports.

Job Requirements
