You will hold operational responsibility for all aspects of service delivery, CQC and contract compliance. You must have significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health and social care service provision alongside a warm, person-centered and respectful approach. About You

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our residents are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such.
