You would be working in a close-knit team and the main purpose of your role will be to build first class relationships with customers both over the telephone and face to face, whilst maintaining excellent customer service. You will be responsible for providing quotations to customers, follow them up and proactively develop sales. A good knowledge of board products and experience working in a similar role would be essential although training will be provided.
Responsibilities.

As a Pharmacy Support Worker, the post holder will be working in both the inpatient and outpatient dispensaries and have responsibilities for providing a friendly and efficient service to patients and Trust colleagues. This Nurse Practitioner position is located in Home Based Primary Care at the VA Manchester location. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week.

Included but not limited to:

• Independently manages a panel of patients with acute and chronic health conditions with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention using evidence-based practice.
• Collaborates with patients, families, and the health care team to develop and implement treatment plans and evaluate health outcomes.
• Demonstrates critical thinking in assessing and managing complex clinical situations.
• Working collaboratively with other PACT and HBPC members.
• Participates effectively in team meetings and treatment planning conferences and collaborates with IDT members in a manner that enhances coordination of comprehensive Veteran-centered care.
• Assist as requested with clinical procedures.
• Act as the focal point of the designated outpatient clinic by being the contact person for all other consultant-specialty services regarding patient care.
• Initiate effective actions in emergencies.
• Manage prescriptions for assigned patients.
• Work effectively and make appropriate requests for assistance from collaborating physician as appropriate.
• Perform appropriate evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment of patients within HBPC.
• Orders diagnostic tests and discriminates between normal/abnormal findings and makes appropriate treatment decisions based on available information.
• Responsible for timely completion of all clinical charting and documentation required by the medical Center or healthcare system, as appropriate.
• Involved in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
• Should be a forward-thinking provider who embraces Veteran-centered geriatrics, palliative, and hospice care delivery.
• Initiates referrals and consults to specialty services.
• Provides education to patients and their families. Assesses and adjusts the plan of care as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

• Independently provides leadership with conservation planning of natural resources and other activities in cooperation with the Conservation District, tribes, and conservation partners to address resource concerns on private lands.
• Informs and educates the landowner of conservation technical assistance and financial assistance to consider for conservation system and practice implementation. This includes oversight, management and administration for all Farm Bill programs.
• Partners with other conservation entities to provide long-term commitment to the local, state and federal government conservation delivery system to help private landowners, communities and others conserve natural resources within the state.
• Develops training plans to ensure personnel are adequately qualified to perform assigned tasks and to ensure personnel are provided the opportunity to develop their skills to optimum level.
• Manage operation and maintenance of the planned conservation system and practices according to the Field Office Technical Guide standards and specifications as well as comply with all federal, state and local regulations.

Our CSAs are required to provide initial reception duties to, students, staff and visitors at our main campus. They also undertake a full range of administrative and clerical duties. It is expected the post holder will provide effective support for applicants, students and staff at the University.



The successful candidate will be required to provide a professional customer focused reception service, to be the first point of contact (telephone, email, and face-to-face) at Senate House, University of Bolton and to undertake other general administrative duties as appropriate. Previous experience of working in a busy reception or customer facing role is essential.



The successful candidate will have effective written and verbal communication skills and be able to maintain a confidential, helpful and cooperative manner when working under pressure.
