About you

The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing the first level of support for all telephone, email and walk in requests. They will support our colleagues with the full range of hardware and software utilised within Flight Centre Travel Group.

This includes receiving, prioritising, documenting, and actively resolving our colleagues help requests. Problem resolutions will involve using our knowledge base and monitoring tools.

There is a requirement for all of the engineers in the team to cover call out. This is 1 day per week, every week and rolling ( including weekend days). Out of hours are 24hr, however after 10pm will only be for major water leaks. These are paid at £40 incomplete and £50 for completions. Overtime works at 1.5 hour rate travel to job and time to complete. There are also opportunities for training and development.

Suitable Gas engineers must hold domestic ACS qualifications for CENWAT, CCN, CKR,HTR. Qualifications in OFTEC or LPG are also desired but not essential.
