Property Management

Hybrid working

Role Profile - Project Support Officer - Core Investment

What our client is offering for a successful Customer Service Administrator: -

• Salary £26,000 - £27,000 per annum (open to going up to £30,000 per annum for the right candidate)
• Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:00)
• Permanent

The Role - Customer Service Administrator:

• Responsible for processing orders onto the system, checking stock levels and ensuring customer service satisfaction during each email and telephone call interaction
• Responding to customer email and telephone requests
• Confirming prices and processing new orders
• Up-sell orders where possible and offer alternatives
• Assist customers with their invoice enquiries
• Meet KPIs: Customer Happiness, Orders Processed, Response Time

What our client is looking for in a Customer Service Administrator :

• Previous experience working in an administrative role processing orders - ESSENTIAL
• Experience working in a construction / civils / building services industry - DESIREABLE
• Customer Service Experience - ESSENTIAL
• Excellent telephone manner
• Culture Driven: Unity, Team Player, Good Communicator, Upbeat and down to earth

What We're Looking For: Previous experience working with people with learning disabilities. Experience of working in supported living A compassionate approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g. Level 2/3 diploma in care or equivalent) Flexibility to work shifts, including early, late, night, sleep ins, weekends, and public holidays.
