Laborer (MVO) - WG-05 Major Duties:
Performs custodial duties for visitor center, other visitor facilities, vault toilet build, and collects trash. Provides grounds care operations by picking up litter, mowing, watering, aerating lawn, fertilizer application, herbicide application. Winter months snow removal, clearing walkways, parking lots and roads.

Operates heavy power equipment such as lawn mowers, chain saws, brush cutters, brush chippers, portable snow blowers, and all types of hand and light power tools (such as shovels, Pulaski, picks, digging bars, rakes, lawn edging equipment, electric drills etc.), to maintain buildings, grounds, roads, trails, etc.

Motor Vehicle Operation
Operates vehicles over Federal, state, and country roads and city streets in all traffic conditions and performs minor operator maintenance on light duty motor vehicles such as pickup trucks, panel trucks, flatbed trucks, carryalls, sedans, crew cab pickup trucks, which typically have an approximate gross vehicle weight of up to (26,000 pounds). The Sioux Falls Veteran's Affair Healthcare System (SFVAHCS) Community Care (CC) Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator who functions independently and has a high level of initiative, innovation, and resourcefulness. He/she is responsible to coordinate the episodic care of Veterans, who are seeking treatment using a community provider or need urgent referral for community services. He/she will serve as a resource to the community vendors regarding VA processes in using Third Party Administrator and Mission Act. Performs care coordination daily for the CC Veteran population including low and highly complex care needs which is also defined further as performing case management, direct communication with interdisciplinary teams (IDT), chronic disease management and monitoring, and coordination of needed services. He/she will assist in planning, designing, integrating, implementing, modifying, and evaluating the effectiveness of program components and services to improve the quality of Veteran care in the community and assist with seamless transition of the Veteran back into the VA system. The CC RN Clinical Coordinator is responsible for providing clinical review and have the expertise for the coordination of the SFVAHCS CC authorization program. He/she possesses intimate knowledge of the CC federal regulations, VHA guidelines, utilization management processes, clinical documentation requirements, current standards of care, and compliance guidelines. We are looking for a enthusiastic, motivated and reliable full time Senior Receptionist to join our very busy, efficient and friendly therapies department, based at Northwick Park Hospital.
The ideal candidate will have Reception experience and good knowledge of IT. Knowledge and experience of Cerner would be beneficial. The role will be a mixture of front desk, telephone and patien nt related administrative duties.
We welcome experienced NHS receptionists as well as candidates who are willing to learn.

To use the Cerner database system to implement the Department
outpatient appointments and other various systems and procedures.
- To work closely the Podiatry lead at all other times, to ensure the smooth
running of Reception and Administration within the Department. This
includes the management and organisation of the Podiatry clinic diaries cross site.
- To receive patients, visitors and other callers to Podiatry Services with a courteous,friendly and efficient manner.

-To answer telephone calls made to Podiatry and pass on messages timeously.
- To provide clerical support to Reception and the Occupational and
Physiotherapy Department as/if required.

What does a live-in carer do?
As a live-in care assistant in Scotland, you’ll provide personalised care that enables clients to stay in their own homes. We offer flexible rota patterns to help you balance work and personal life, and we welcome carers with at least six months of professional experience. You’ll stay with your client during your chosen rota pattern, caring for one person (or sometimes a couple) and following a tailored care plan. Duties include daily activities, personal care, condition management, and household tasks. You’ll typically work an average of 8–10 hours per day, with daily rates based on hours worked.

About you:
You’ll be someone who’s happy to talk, laugh and enjoy time with our clients, assisting them in their activities and encouraging them to live life to the full.
You might already be working as a live-in carer, or you might have professional experience as a support worker, care assistant in a residential or domiciliary care setting, or you might be a HCA working with the NHS. If you share our passion for quality care, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for the following skills and experience:
- At least 6 months’ professional care experience gained in any care setting
- You must be able to provide us with proof of your right to work in the UK. We cannot assist with any sponsorship or visa requests – including those applying for a health and social care visa.
- You must be flexible to travel to your client placement (UK travel expenses covered)
