To ensure that all stock is distributed and shelved in a timely manner from delivery when required. To liaise and communicate effectively with customer staff at all levels and to be the first line of communication for the resolution of queries raised. To provide support to all day surgery units, theatres (pre-& post op) with administration and purchasing.
To conduct and support supplier negotiations and meetings. To provide data analysis to the Regional Service Delivery Manager and Operations Director as requested.

Boarding Support Worker
Term-time 39 weeks pa
William Morris School, part of Novalis Trust, is a charity that supports children with neurodevelopmental difficulties. The school is one of the few educational establishments in the country to adopt a truly ‘trauma-informed’ and ‘trauma-responsive’ approach to care, therapy and education.
We are currently seeking dedicated term-time only welfare staff to work in our small 39-week boarding provision, due to open in September 2024.
Hours: 39 weeks pa, term-time only working a two-week fixed rota which is on average 40 hours per week & two sleep-ins. This will include working every other weekend.
You will be establishing key support relationships with pupils in their boarding provision while providing them with the care, guidance and support they need to thrive. We offer a supportive environment with a fixed two-week rota.
