We are looking for a positive, flexible, and customer-focused individual to join our busy call centre as a Customer Service Advisor.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our customers, resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for working with other team members to ensure that we meet our customer service goals.

The role is full-time (37 hours per week). There are part time shift options available (27.5 hours per week). Shift Pattern to cover the following working hours: 5 days out of 7, between 8am-8pm Monday- Friday and between 8am- 6pm Saturday-Sunday. Weekend working is required, and shift pattern will be discussed during your video interview.

There may be opportunities for hybrid working but subject to availability and performance standards.

An excellent opportunity has a risen for a passionate and skilled Manager to join a well established and growing team at their highly rated small LD home in the Inverness area. My client is a leading charity supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health problems, autism and associated complex behaviours.

The Service Manager will oversea a small residential home catering for those with learning disabilities, reporting directly to the Regional Manager and be responsible for ensuring the residents receive the best standards of care whilst being the clinical and business lead in all areas of the services, including holding the CI registration. You will need to be enthusiastic about communicating with and supporting people in a person centred manner. The ideal candidate will be a passionate individual with management experience within a clinical/care setting.

As the Service Manager the following is required:

• Management qualification in care- SVQ Level 4 or equivalent
• Have experience in managing care teams / supervisory or management experience in a care environment.
• Have strong people and communication skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Customer Delivery Driver

To be employed in this role you must have held a full driving licence for at least one year, and be able to drive a 3.5 ton automatic van.

You must also have no more than six points on your licence and pass a basic level safeguarding check.

About the Role

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with that brings a wide variety of shift patterns – if you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, then look no further! We'll work with you on your shifts, but weekend working is a requirement of the role and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

A great customer experience. That's what our drivers are out to deliver. From loading up, fuelling and checking the van for the next route, or giving a customer a call so they know what time their shopping will arrive, everything we do is with our customers in mind.

Join our growing delivery team, and you'll be the face of the employer for our home shopping customers. You're in the driving seat, spending your day greeting our customers and delivering their shopping on-time with lots of the employer’s personality.

When you're not on the road, you'll make sure your van is clean and fit for the next delivery (don't worry, you don't need to be an expert mechanic – we'll give you all the training you need) and when are really busy, you'll be asked to help your team, picking and packing online orders.

About You

When you are on the road, you will need to be organised and as you will be representing the employer; we will expect you to be an excellent ambassador for the brand.

With that in mind, the personal qualities you bring to the role will be every bit as important as your skills and attitude. Friendly and approachable, you'll be the kind of person who'll put our customers first and do whatever it takes to make their home shopping experience the best it can be.

Pay: £12.50 per hour
Weekend pay: £13.00 per hour
