To monitor the monies to ensure they are checked in accordance with the policy on a monthly basis

To ensure the Manager is made aware of any potential problems or issues in a timely manner
To maintain clear and concise and legible records

What does a live-in carer do?
Live-in carers live with a client for the duration of their chosen work pattern. New uses of the ECG are emerging, based on the use of artificial intelligence techniques. The Glasgow team needs to keep abreast of such advances, which means expanding the team involved in software development.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Software Development Support Officer to join the Software Development Group where you will be able to use your experience of programming in a high-level language to assist in the enhancement of our world leading software.

You will have knowledge of Windows or Linux operating systems and your experience of programming could come from your College/ University course or from a previous similar role. Our stores are open from early in the morning to late at night, so a flexible approach is essential. No two days are the same and our Customer Service Assistants enjoy working at a fast pace, doing a variety of tasks from making breakfast rolls through to filling the shelves. As Customer Service Assistant your priority is making sure our customers have a great experience every time they visit the store, through friendly service, great product availability and first-class hygiene standards.

You may be required to prepare and serve various products which could include raw and cooked meat, alcohol, and foods containing allergens. You will also be on your feet for long periods of time, and many of our roles will involve some lifting, carrying and other tasks such as stock merchandising and cleaning.

Training will be provided but experience in a sales or retail environment would be an advantage, as would previous knowledge of food safety practices.

The Role


Ensure the safety of care home residents and staff.
Maintain premises and grounds to a high standard.
Perform regular maintenance checks.
Carry out necessary repairs.
Contact engineers or service agents when needed.
Conduct fire, basic electrical, and appliance checks with confidence.
Report and promptly action any faults.
Keep the grounds tidy.

French/UK Speaking Customer advisor role


You will be joining a company that specialises in the provision of fully digitised subscription services for their clients.

The company provides a full end-to-end service for their clients from implementing the subscription service, managing the subscription service and providing in-depth insights to their customers purchasing habits.

The role of the French/UK Speaking Customer Service Advisor will be to assist customers who are contacting you regarding their current subscription, answer any questions they may have and amend as and when required. You must speak fluent in French and English.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

* Answering inbound calls and emails
* Answer customer queries
* Resolve any customer issues to the best you can
* Liaise with internal and external departments where required

Golfhill is organised into four spacious self-contained bungalows each specialising in a different type of care, from dementia support to helping those living with Parkinson’s. The Houses, which also cater for people who may be convalescing or require palliative care, are staffed around-the-clock by our dedicated Colleagues providing the very best person-centred care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a nurse to work opposite the unit manager in our intermediate care unit - exciting opportunity to support short term admissions and working very closely with the multi disciplinary team

Your Responsibilities…


Leading, supervising and training the care team.
General nursing duties-wound care, general observations, blood sugar testing etc.
Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication.
Keeping precise, up to date records.
Maintaining the Resident's dignity and respect at all times.
Having a great relationship with the Resident, their families and any other parties in contact with them-Drs etc.
