What does this role involve? 

As a Customer Care Team Leader, you and your team will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our prepayment customers.

Day to day, you will;

coach and develop staff to be the best they can be;
oversee department KPI’s and SLA’s to ensure they are met;
manage and resolve any escalated queries from your team;
ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times;
work closely with internal departments.

Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Location: 3 Armley Court, Armley Road, Leeds, LS12 2LB with the requirement to cover all three Forward Leeds sites as required (Armley, Irford and Kirkgate).

About the role...
Are you ready for a fulling administration role where you can truly make a difference in the lives of others?

An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time administrator / receptionist based within our Forward Leeds team. This is a diverse and rewarding role with expectations that the post holder will cover all aspect of administration including clinical administration. The role will be based at our Armley hub but with the expectation that they will provide cover and work across all our 3 sites hubs within Leeds where needed. Experience of using SystmOne is desirable but not essential.

Some of the key duties you will undertake are:
General administration duties.
Covering reception when needed.
Prepare prescriptions strictly adhering to protocol and procedure using SystmOne.
Management of daily clinical task and prescription queries through SystmOne.
Manage clinical checks to ensure complying to CQC standards.
Generate and send GP letters
Stock control and ordering of stock.

Customer Service Advisor - Part Time

The role of the Customer Service Advisor will be to assist customers who are contacting you regarding their current subscription, answer any questions they may have and amend as and when required.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

* Answering inbound calls and emails
* Answer customer queries
* Resolve any customer issues to the best you can
* Liaise with internal and external departments where required

In return, the Customer Service Advisor will receive:

* The pro-rata salary annually for this would be either £9,817.60 (16 hours) or £14,726.40 (24 hours) or anywhere in between.
* Part-Time: Must be able to work Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday between 9-5:30pm (16-24 hours per week), flexible start times
* Must commit to full time training Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm for 2 weeks
* Excellent training
* Central office location based in Glasgow city.

About you
