Scheme Leader with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, conducting supervision’s and appraisals, developing and updating care plans, ordering medication, ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances and day-to-day management of the service in the absence of the manager. 1. Strategic Leadership:

customer feedback.
* Strategically strengthen the company's digital reputation, adeptly addressing negative feedback and promoting positive
experiences.
* Develop and implement initiatives to cement the company's commendable online reputation.



4. Public Liability Claims Oversight:
* Lead the resolution of public liability and legal claims by nurturing strong relationships with our health and safety
manager and insurers.
* To work collaboratively with all departments of the business making sure all feedback is acted upon within ABTA guidelines.
* Protect and uphold the company's reputation, ensuring claims are addressed with precision and within the acquired deadline.
* Be a key representative when attending small claims court on behalf of the business.
5. Data Reporting & Strategic Insights:
