Job Description:

The Regional Service Manager is responsible for managing the maintenance and repair of up to 60 convenience stores in a designated region. This individual teams with Store Support, Operations, and multiple cross-functional departments to achieve the optimal functioning level for stores. The Service Manager ensures complete operability of every store location at all times. Up to 75% travel required. This individual is responsible for leading a team of 0-4 technicians and up to 2-3 service crew teams.

Responsibilities:

•    Manages the team of individuals responsible for the timely maintenance and repairs of our convenience store locations to ensure full operability 24/7, ultimately increasing profitability for the organization. 
•    Prioritizes and delegates work order requests to Service and Image Technicians; oversees each job is performed at a high level of skill and with optimal customer service. 
•    Establishes and maintains key business relationships with a diverse network of vendors around the region. Directly handles all vendor-related functions, including invoice audit and approvals. 
•    Provides support to cross-functional departments in various projects related to convenience stores. 
•    Leads, trains, and guides direct reports and ensures the appropriate resources are available to perform their job.
•    Assesses current Facility Services processes and programs and recommends solutions to improve operability. 
•    Maintains knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines for facility services as necessary. 
 

Qualifications:

•    Ability to assume responsibility for 24 hours/7 day operation required
•    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college preferred 
•    4+ experience in retail or related field preferred
•    Management experience preferred
•    General knowledge maintenance and repair procedures a plus

• To collaborate with Marketing, Business Developments /Sales, Regional Supply Chain Business Partner, Finance, Planners and Customer Service to ensure smooth NPD and existing products’ stock availability SLOBs (slow moving and obsolete) management (avoidance); identify obsolete risks, initiate and follow through required actions to avoid obsoletes.
• To support Customer service function for selective markets
• Monthly KPI reports
• To manage user request relates to SAP, including investigate the situation and diagnose the underlying causes ultimately in recovering or continuing operations.
• To sustain the operation support service, follow up and monitor IT incidents delivery according to agreed SLA To collaborate with other SAP’s modules to ensure smooth SAP operations and any future tests.
• Project Management for continuously improvement

Requirement:

• Bachelor or Master degree in any field
• 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Roles with minimum 3 year of experience in Demand Planning and S&OP/SIOP/IBP process facilitation (including working knowledge of SAP APO).
• FMCG industries background
• Oral & written English communication
• Strong analytical skills: must feel comfortable working with several sources of data and information to identify relevant insights. Data gathering, and quantitative and qualitative data analysis, including business process metrics and measures linking to business KPIs.
• Strong personal computer skills required, proficiency in the use of excel, including advanced spreadsheet tools.
• Demonstrated success in process and/or tools improvements initiatives. Continuous improvement mindset.

I am recruiting a Service Centre Manager with experience of working in either a workshop or service desk, to look after the day to day running of our Manchester depot. You will be responsible for ensuring first class service to our customers, suppliers, and employees. Our business has exciting opportunities for you to develop! We maintain the largest electric HGV fleet in the country, and you will be given the opportunity to learn the skills needed to support this growing technology.
Requirements
·Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service is delivered consistently.
·To carry out the day to day running of the depot/workshop/office/planning/work loading.
·To efficiently manage all staff as well as holidays/sickness.
·To manage staff's productivity and maintain it at an acceptable level - in line with budget.
·To ensure all customers vehicles are always kept maintained and compliant.
·To capture/collate all damage recharge on vehicles and send p/o requests to customers daily.
·Chase for p/o's.
·Liaise with service desk and customers on hire damage.
·Close down and invoice damage.
·Ensure there is a process that captures all warranty parts etc.
·Ensure that mot - QC's are undertaken and recorded on every occasion.
·Carry out spot audits to measure the quality of work leaving the workshop.
·Ensure all hourly paid staff are clocking in and out and that all overtime is authorised in line with productivity.
·Ensure that the customer is kept fully informed by e-mail and verbally with regards to VOR downtime and provide eta's for their return to operation.
·Ensure that customer complaints are dealt with efficiently and in the appropriate manner.
·Ensure all staff are adequately trained and keep an up-to-date training matrix.
·Ensure profitability is maximised by ensuring a "right first time" philosophy.
·Ensure parts stock is secure, maintained and accounted for and ensure that there is a robust process in place to book stock both in and out and undertake regular stock takes were appropriate, highlighting and discrepancies.
·Ensure that workshop staff adheres to all current legislative requirements & that all proposed legislation is advised to those who will have day to day responsibility to manage.
·Complete weekly and monthly H&S inspections of the workshop and surrounding areas and highlight any risks.
·Ensure that no faulty equipment is in use.
·Vehicles must be maintained in accordance with the law & serviced in accordance with customer expectation.
·Undertake timely assessment & produce a report on behalf of the business detailing any events, near misses RIDDOR & risk.
·Fully investigate all incidents and implement remedial action when required.
·Liaise with Contract Manager on a daily basis to ensure the SLA customer requirements are met.
·Review and sign off vehicle service/job cards, ensuring information provide is correct and compliant before submission for close down.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Public Administration, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or other related field and minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible professional experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Associate degree from an accredited college or university and six (6) years of job-related experience.
• Year-for-year experience may substitute for the college degree.
• Related professional experience or certifications may substitute for the required education.

Preferred Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Three years’ experience in government financial reporting structures and governmental auditing procedures highly desirable.

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and data analytics
• Experienced with business intelligence report writing such as PowerBi and Crystal Reports

• Driving owned channel automation strategy and execution to support campaigns across the customer lifecycle

The Admissions Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the performance, productivity and efficiency of his/her team. • Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in alignment with the organization’s mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, streamline business processes and continually review organizational structure to ensure timely and efficient results
• Cultivate and maintain effective partnerships with ROD/DVP levels; able to identify and effectively present any areas of opportunity or excellence to key stakeholders in order to achieve growth goals and drive continuous improvement
• Project manage key initiatives and deliverables for the broader DGS team; including research, developing processes, ensuring agreement, training and communication across lanes

Education & Experience

Utilizing analytics and emerging best web practices, this role will be instrumental in supporting improvements to the overall digital user experience, and the implementation of future intranet enhancements.
