As a Senior Community Support Worker (Positive Behaviour Support) you will provide first line management to a team of Community Support Workers (Positive Behaviour Support), developing their capability through demonstrating the right values and behaviours, mentoring staff, and supporting their ongoing development.

You will work alongside other practitioners within the service and community, to upskill and increase the resilience of children and their families. You will have the opportunity to receive formal Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) training and coaching from qualified behavioural specialists.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated person to join Imagines’ Specialist Service portfolio. Working as part of a team supporting women who have been discharged from secure services and have severe and enduring mental health diagnoses; this position provides specialist input to empower women to continue on their journey to independence and support them to achieve their full potential. The service delivered is a psychologically informed and therapeutically driven environment that puts women at the heart of their own recovery.

The ideal candidate will have experience of women’s support, personality disorder, forensic or mental health services including challenging behaviours and a willingness to engage with the extensive training programme provided.

You will work in partnership with the Service Managers, using both hope and recovery and Cognitive Analytic Therapy models. The Senior Mental Health Recovery Practitioner will provide informal leadership, coaching and support to less experienced team members. NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care would be an advantage. Experience with working with women in a supported housing or community health setting is desirable.

Service Care Solutions are working alongside a successful law firm, based in Greater Manchester, which needs a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor to join its growing team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate high-value lease agreements, purchase agreements, option agreements, and development agreements.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including property rights, zoning laws, development projects, and land use regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior solicitors, paralegals, and administrative staff within the commercial property department.

About you:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in commercial real estate or property law with at least 7 years PQE.
• Ability to conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.

We’re searching for an incredible Customer Service Executive - Property (Assistant Property Manager) to join our team on a fixed
term 12 month contract! You will act as the first point of contact for the team’s enquiries in a fast paced, reactive environment,
ensuring a first class experience is delivered.

What will you do?

Property Management

• To ensure our customers and their properties are cared for and maintained to the highest possible standards, in line with
budgets, service level agreements and regulatory requirements

• To act as the first line for all customers, dealing calmly and confidently with reactive issues, following them through to
resolution (or escalating as appropriate).

• To receive, review and feedback key concerns from weekly property inspections carried out by onsite staff, with the
appropriate follow-up.

• To work in partnership with the PM in the delivery of day-to-day planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance and any works,
acting as the daily point of contact for contractors.

• To support residents on site with their queries such as noise and ASB complaints, seeing issues through to resolution,
liaising with third parties as required.

• To co-ordinate the processing of insurance claims in a timely manner.

• To effectively manage the site service schedule and planned maintenance schedule in line with required works and statutory
compliance requirements.

• To ensure all sites as well as residents/contractors/landlords are compliant with statutory and contractual obligations
including RICs, TPI as well as all compliance and Health and Safety regulations

• To support key processes such as section 20’s, with oversight of enquiries such as contract renewals, utility renewals,
insurance claims and renewals, H&S reports and accompanying actions.

• To provide information for Management Information Packs and work with the Legal and Compliance team for Leaseholders and
Solicitors prior to the sale of a leasehold property, responding to customer enquiries as required.




Customer Partnership

• To build and maintain client relationships to develop strong and lasting partnerships and loyalty, with high levels of
quantifiable customer satisfaction.

• To liaise with tenants, landlords, directors, contractors and other parties to ensure all services are delivered to the
highest standards and expectations are fully met.




Financial Management

• To manage all works and spends in line with budget, maintaining close oversight and control.




What are we looking for?

• Experience working within a fast paced customer service environment

• Residential property management experience is hugely advantageous, but not essential.

• ARLA qualification (desirable)

• Knowledge of principles of customer service excellence.

• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting deadlines.
