3. Provide specialist ESR system advice to user across the trust at all levels


4. Provide support to ESR Employee Self Service users, including issuing usernames and passwords and assistance with initial access and navigation of the screens via email and user helpline. This can be complex due to the English not necessarily being the employee’s first language or the IT literacy skills of the employee. Assistance to users requires a high level of patience and accuracy of explanation


5. Provide support to managers and ESR Supervisor Self Service users including how to gain access and navigation of the screen via the user helpline.

As a Senior Support Worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day-to-day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking in training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision’s, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are supported to manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day-to-day support.

We’re interested in our Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care as well as experience working with individuals with autism, and challenging behaviours.
