In this role, you will be involved from the moment a carer comes in for their first interview, right the way through their onboarding journey. You will offer coaching and support to new carers while assisting the office team with recruitment, compliance and customer reviews.

Transportation: DRIVERS ESSENTIAL (Candidates must have a clean, full UK driving license with access to a vehicle with a valid and updated MOT and Insurance certificate.)

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring Carers are trained to the highest standard
• Supporting the branch team with auditing and compliance
• Spot checks and supervisions with Care Assistants
• Meetings with customers to review care plans
• Conducting risk assessments
• Support with on call duties in accordance with the branch team rota

The Role

To be successful in this position you will work closely with the coordination team in your region to ensure continuity of care for our customers. You will also manage relationships with customers and their families positioning Helping Hands as both an employer and care provider of choice.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing and leading the Live-in Carers within your region to ensure the quality of care delivered is market leading
• Business development and growth in line with the business plan, focusing on the private sector market
• Maintaining compliance with CQC/CIW
• Building and maintaining relationships with internal teams to ensure new customers are accurately matched with a carer
• Assessment and care planning for all new and existing customers
