The post holder will support the Clinical System team in the delivery of technology to staff in Primary Care, empowering process change through technology and being a champion of digital technology. This will be for patients in their own homes, care homes, the travelling community, community hospitals and/or in clinics. This will provide support in the delivery of the community service to patients within the community.

The working pattern will be Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
1. Providing a single point of contact for IT related incidents, requests for service and queries which range in complexity for both clinical and corporate customers
