This palliative care specialist will also contribute to and support the growth and development of successful inpatient and outpatient palliative program which will focus on use of evidence-based practices and with collaboration of the interdisciplinary team to enhance symptom management, clarify goals of care, and implement strategic care plans to increase utilization and access to quality-of-life services for patients with a serious illness. • Supoprting to maximise his independence
• Interaction with indoor and outdoor activities
• Promote skills such as cooking, washing and maintaining his home.

Requirements for the role

• A mimimum of 6 months of professional UK Care experience
• Experience with Autism and Challening Behaviour
• Provide correct compliance documents, updated right to work and original DBS certificate.
• Able to attend Safety Intervention training which is provided by Sugarman Health and Wellbeing.
