The role

As a key member of our Customer Support Hub, you’ll handle a variety of tasks ranging from resolving customer issues and enquiries
to troubleshooting IT-related problems. Your responsibilities will include:



* Providing first-line support for customer queries.
* Utilising problem-solving skills to address incidents promptly, including IT support issues such as till problems, software
queries, and network outages.
* Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams using various platforms, including email, Microsoft Teams, and

* Accurately documenting and managing incidents, liaising with internal and third-party teams to ensure swift resolution.
