We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Customer Profitability and Incentive Systems Manager.  The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of both the Commercial Customer Profitability System (CRISP) and the Commercial Incentive System (Inspire/ELT). This position requires strong analytical, statistical, technical, and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of incentive compensation management, and customer profitability measurements.

Essential Functions

• Oversee the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Commercial Customer Profitability System (CRISP) and the Commercial Incentive System (Inspire/ELT) to ensure accurate and timely calculation and reporting of customer profitability and incentive metrics

• Utilize statistical and analytical tools to interpret data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights on customer profitability, revenue generation, and incentive program performance

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments to enhance accuracy and efficiency

• Continuously assess and improve system processes to streamline operations and maximize productivity while maintaining a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Banking, Talent Management, Finance, and IT; to ensure seamless integration of data, timely data updates, and effective communication of system changes or enhancements

About This Job

The Collector contributes to the Bank’s ongoing goal of maintaining low delinquency and low gross losses on current Bankcard accounts. The Collector is a critical position in the bank that is responsible for helping customers understand their financial obligations and help to prevent or limit potential losses to the bank. You’ll be responsible for consumer and corporate credit cards, secured and unsecured loans, and real estate open and closed-ended loans.
 

This is a very important position that can have a huge impact on the Bank’s bottom line. You’ll need to be a helpful, clear communicator who is empathetic to our customers yet firm in making sure they live up to their obligations. • Collect on low-risk accounts to minimize the Bank’s 30+ delinquency rate.  Business need may dictate assignment to varying levels of collections

• Assist the consumer in a professional and empathetic manner to interpret their financial situation, reason for delinquency, and provide guidance to limit loss to the bank

• Negotiate repayment options by asking questions and offering applicable solutions 

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to customers with current and past due accounts, and leave messages as necessary

As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast-paced Banking Center and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, whether it’s answering questions, assisting with transactions, or proactively connecting clients with the right team members, you’ll be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals. You’re flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends. To help deliver a great client experience, you’re flexible to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

Are you interested in an Intern opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in a 12 week paid intern opportunity at our site in Nashville, TN. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a HealthTech company.

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Provide excellent customer service to ensure service contracts are compliant to policies and entitled correctly in our database, per customer contractual requirements. This allows our customer’s equipment to receive proper maintenance resulting in the ability to save the lives of our patients.

You are responsible for

Coordinating and administering all phases of service contract management, including but not limited to:

• Performing contract review, for compliance, to ensure all applicable policy criteria have been satisfied
• Analyzing and limiting business risks
• Utilizing critical thinking to analyze complex contract requirements, special provisions, pricing, internal approvals, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations and corporate policies
• Creating customized, timely, and accurate invoicing per terms of service contract
• Confirming a valid path to cash
• Serving as the point of contact for other team members and internal and external customers
• Creatively consulting with sales and/or service proposals on alternative options to provide guidance of requirements and partnering to drive solutions

You are a part of

The Service Contract Administrator possesses knowledge and understanding of the Customer Services business and portfolio offerings; reviews proposals for compliance prior to order acceptance, creates and operationalizes orders in the ERP system, and manages service contracts throughout their lifecycle, including large-scale accounts.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Enrolled in an accredited university pursing a Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Excellent and concise oral and written communication skills, including active listening
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Passion for customer experience, operational excellence and continuous development

The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00, plus overtime eligible.  The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

Our Customer Service Agent is responsible of Carrying out general activities to support the execution of sales activities.

Your role:

• Take inbound customer service calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to Dental Professional questions and concerns.
• Take ownership to determine customer’s requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
