2.3 Case Review and Documentation

• Follow up and review care plans and provide recommendations to modify care plans where necessary

Principal Responsibilities

1) Patients Relations Engagements

• To implement workflow to ensure a positive experience at every touch point with patients and their family.

1. Assist the Centre Supervisor in maintaining the admin systems and processes of the centre to effectively support the centre in achieving its goals and mission.
